Join us in exploring the historic links between science and knowledge-production and the dissemination of racist, classist, and ableist tropes. We’ll also critically analyse UCL’s own historical role in producing and commercially profiting from eugenics-related research, which advocated the genetic ‘superiority’ of some groups compared to others - with such theories attached to racist, classist and ablest narratives, perpetuating the spread of detrimental policies.
