World Stroke Day Video: Mike

In this video, Mike describes his experiences of speech and language difficulties after his stroke, and the impact this had on him and his wife. He told us about the kind of information he would have liked to receive about his speech and language recovery.

Mike previously worked for a large software company as a sales manager.  Now he enjoys walking his dog, walking around the golf course and spinning, and says he enjoys being active to compensate for the stimulus of work.
