Recruitment Updates

We produce recruitment updates for our sites periodically.  From January 2018, as well as an annual comprehensive update, we aim to also send briefer recruitment updates throughout the year.

We do not view the figures as any sort of league table, as we are mindful that there are many variables in how many participants sites have been able to recruit to date (e.g. how early your site opened/size of hospital, etc).  However, hopefully it will be useful for you to track your recruitment against yourselves with each update. 

Sites are identified in the update by their site code.  Use the PLORAS Site Codes document under General Documents to identify the full name of the site.

With each comprehensive update, we also identify a PLORAS 'Star Site'.  Our Star Sites are chosen not just for how many participants they recruit (for the reasons above, though this is a factor), but also for other reasons for which we feel they deserve recognition.
