We welcome the start of a new academic year with the return of the Astrobiology and Planetary Exploration (APEX) seminar series on Thursday 17 October 2019 at the usual time and place (1pm, Garwood Lecture Theatre, UCL South Wing). We open with a Mars special, with two talks as follows:

  • Mara Leite (Westminster): Analysis of human-commensal microbes at a Mars analogue habitat
  • George Cann (MSSL): An atmospheric retrieval system for the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter
