The Centre for Planetary Sciences at UCL/Birkbeck will be hosting the sixth biennial meeting of the Astrobiological Society of Britain - ASB6: "The Origin, Distribution and Detection of Life in the Universe" - on 2-4 September 2015. There is still time to register at the ASB6 website and the programme is now available online.
Please note the following:
- Thanks to the generosity of the Royal Astronomical Society, we are able to offer a reduced student registration fee of £40 (or £77 including the conference dinner).
- Thanks to the generosity of the UK Space Agency, we have secured 40 rooms for student accommodation in a nearby hall of residence at the highly subsidised rate of £30 for three nights (1-3 September inclusive; only £10 per night!). Non-students may book the same accommodation for the very reasonable rate of £100 for three nights. This low-cost accommodation is available on a first-come-first-served basis so early booking, which must be done via the above link, is highly recommended.
So please clear your diaries for this, the flag-ship astrobiology conference in the UK!
