Title: Stochastic modelling of somatic cell reprogramming
Abstract: In this talk I review some recent and ongoing work on reprogramming of somatic cells. In particular, I will present stochastic reprogramming models that help to understand the roles of oncometabolites and aging in such process and their connection to cancer and cancer stem cells.
