THAMOS

The Thamos group is a collection of physicists, chemists and astronomers based in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at UCL, researching areas as diverse as astrophysics and quantum information theory.  As such, it is the largest collection of theorists in the Department.  Most members of the group are also members of the Atomic, molecular, optical and positron physics (AMOPP) group within the Department, but some are members of the Astrophysics Group.
