This short term opportunity is available as an internal appointment:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To quantify electron transport properties of protein complexes composed of multi-heme cytochromes. This involves the calculation of heme reduction potentials, and the electron flux through these structures using dedicated continuum electrostatics, molecular dynamcis and quantum mechanical calculations.

2. To write up a first draft of the results for journal publication.
