This is a reminder for submissions to the 2022 London University Philosophy Conference (LUPC) that will be hosted by UCL. The theme of this year is Meta. We will be hosting a two-day conference on the 19th and 20th of March 2022. The first day will be for undergraduates and the second for postgraduates. Each day, five authors will be awarded £40 for the Matei Prize (five undergraduate and five postgraduates prizes). The conference will also include exciting keynote speakers, to be confirmed.
We are calling on all students from London universities to submit essays and to gather for discussion. The deadline for submission of the essay is 1st February. There is no specific limit on word count, and if full papers are not available we will consider abstracts. Winners will be asked to give a twenty-minute presentation of their paper. Please submit your essay before 1st February at: https://www.philosophersoflondon.com/lupc or directly to submission.polis@gmail.com. You can find sample essays on the LUPC website, and further information on general essay writing. We very much look forward to receiving your submissions and seeing you at the conference.
