Job description

The main purpose of this job is to support experimental and related teaching and learning sessions in the UPCSE Chemistry subject. The labs are run in the UCL Chemistry Department's teaching laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Laboratory demonstration;
• Giving feedback to students;
• Marking students' work

Requirements for role

The PGTA need not be an expert on the topic being taught, but needs graduate-level knowledge of chemistry and good practical laboratory experience in helping students with limited lab-based prior knowledge.
