Students are welcome to register for the following modules from the BSc/MSci Psychology & Language Sciences degree programme. Subject to your suitability and available space, these are usually open to the following categories of student:
- Affiliate students
- UCL students looking for an elective module
University of London students looking for an intercollegiate module
Please note that these modules (and the timetables) are subject to change each year. If there are particular modules you wish to attend please contact the Programme Administrator to check availability.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you meet the pre-requisites, details of which are available by clicking on the relevant link below. It is also your responsibility to make sure that you do not register for a module for which teaching clashes with your obligatory modules.
All of these modules have a value of 15 credits, equivalent to 7.5 ECTS, unless otherwise stated, and you can find further information on each module in the Module Catalogue.
Timetables will be published when they are available, usually some time in August, and will be found on the Online Timetable web pages.
Any PALS modules not listed below are either not available at undergradate level, or else are not open to students from other programmes.

Places will be given according to availability on a first come, first served basis and also according to suitability for the module. (Some modules may not be advised for students without an appropriate scientific background, even if there are no formal prerequisites.)
If a course is full when you register for it, you will be informed via email that we were unable to give you a place. It is not necessary for students to come to the department to sign up for these courses.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you meet any pre-requisites and to discuss your suitability before registering if you have any doubts. It is also your responsibility to make sure that you do not register for a course for which teaching clashes with your obligatory course.
