My research interests lie within the psychology of creative thinking. Specifically, they are threefold. First, I want to understand the integrated creative process to develop a psychometric tool for integrated creative thinking. Second, I aim to link social cognition and creative cognition. For instance, I want to understand the underlying mechanism responsible for the effect of social feedback on creative performance. I also apply the vital link between stereotypes and divergent thinking into functional domains such as advertising and marketing. Third, I am interested in understanding and enhancing engineering creativity, and I keen to collaborate with technology-related fields.
