Summary

This project ran two expert seminars at the University of Strathclyde in the BAAL/CUP funded series, reviewing research on applied linguistics relevant to primary school teachers. There was a focus on pupils with speech, language and communication difficulties and those learning English as an additional language. The edited volume Applied Linguistics for Primary School Teachers resulted.
