3 December 2015
Congratulations to Rosie Pegge, an undergraduate student on the BSc Psychology programme who has
been awarded a UCL Faculty Undergraduate Scholarship for Excellence of
£3000.
These Scholarships aim to promote and reward academic excellence among current UCL students, and are awarded to the academically most outstanding first- and second-year undergraduate student in each Faculty.
Rosie was also awarded the 2015 Spearman Sessional Prize by the Board of Examiners for the BSc Psychology. This prize of £100 is presented to one of the two students with the best overall exam results in year two of the BSc Psychology. Following this award, Rose was successfully nominated for the Jackson Lewis Scholarship of £200.
Rosie said: "I’m really chuffed about having been awarded the scholarships and am so grateful to UCL for recognising the effort I put in last year... Getting the awards has motivated me to continue working hard in my final year and may well help my applications for jobs or further study. Massive thanks to the Psychology department for all the support!"
