For 2018/19 the term dates are:
Term 1: Monday 24 September 2018 to Friday 14 December 2018
Term 2: Monday 7 January 2019 to Friday 22 March 2019
Term 3: Tuesday 23 April 2019 to Friday 7 June 2019
Formal teaching takes place in terms one and two, with term three dedicated to final assessments and completion of the Research Project. There is no teaching during reading week in terms one (5-9 November) and two (11-15 Feburary).
Both full- and part-time students can expect to attend teaching for compulsory modules PALS0001 and PALSG0002 on Wednesday in term one and for PALS0002 in term two. Optional and elective modules will vary depending on your individual selection.
You can find a link to the timetable for each module in the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences module using the Module Database, this will open the UCL Online Timetable.
From 1st Agust you will be able to view 2018/19 in the UCL Online Timetable, but won't be able to log in to a personal timetable until you have completed pre-enrolment later in the summer. A useful feature is the "custom" timetable, which allows you to build up a timetable on screen, adding a number of modules to view at once.
Part-time students with specific commitments who need a clearer idea of their timetable in advance can contact the Programme Administrator (p.buchanan@ucl.ac.uk , 020 7679 4274) with a list of the modules they are interested in, they will be able to provide a suggestion of how those modules might be split over the two years of the programme. Full-time students will find it easier to do this using the UCL Online Timetable.
