About the Speaker
Dr Molly Manning
Associate Professor at University of Limerick
Dr Molly Manning is Associate Professor and Course Director of the MSc Speech & Language Therapy (Professional Qualification) at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Molly is an active member of the Participatory Health Research Unit at UL and is interested in participatory implementation research methodologies. Her research focuses on personal recovery and coordinated aphasia psychological care. She is co-lead of an interdisciplinary community of practice in Ireland (Supporting Emotions with Aphasia) and an international Aphasia Psychological Care research network. Molly is also involved in a number of collaborative projects to advance the inclusion of people with communication disabilities and differences, including refugees and migrants, in health research.
