MSc Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice Virtual Open Day

This two-year full-time programme aims to provide a framework for developing an integrated understanding of child development and a range of childhood difficulties. Students are given an opportunity to apply this understanding in a clinical setting, through a supervised placement in the second year within a child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS).

The programme draws together theory, research and therapeutic thinking from a range of perspectives, including cognitive and clinical psychology, systemic theory, psychoanalysis and neuroscience to give students a well-rounded understanding of childhood difficulties and their treatment.
