Sara Esser
Sara Esser is a Research Assistant in the Obesity group at the Research Department of Behavioural Science and Health at UCL. She is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, and her current research focuses on investigating health and nutrition claims on infant formula. Previously, Sara studied Biomedical Sciences at King’s College London before going on to complete a MSc in Nutrition there.

She joined UCL in 2018 to assist a behaviour change intervention for cancer survivors (The Ascot study) where she collected and processed diet and physical activity data.
