Take the stress out of your day

Great news - you can now sign up for "the UCL 10 Minute  Mind" programme free of charge for the next year.

Seven hundred students signed up for the one month trial of the programme during October and November: 233 filled in a questionnaire at the end of the trial, with 71% of them saying that it had helped them feel less stressed.

You will then be emailed a short, guided mindfulness track every morning. All you need to do is take 10 minutes to sit somewhere quiet, put your headphones on and listen. It's that easy.

We know that it can be hard to keep up with the demands of studying at UCL and the fast pace of life in London. That's why we have decided to offer the "10 Minute Mind" programme free of charge to all students for the next year.

With the "10 Minute Mind" you can learn to manage your stress and be happier in only 10 short minutes each day. The results are profound and far-reaching. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase focus and overall feelings of happiness and wellbeing.

It's really easy - you just need to listen.
