Mind your head: National Stress Awareness Day 2015 national-awareness-days.com/national-stress-awareness-day.html" target="_self">National Stress Awareness Day, giving you a chance to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you are having trouble settling in as a new student, starting your final year at UCL, still trying to find those extra 1,000 words for your latest essay or just realising you are not so great at multitasking, we all go through stressful times in our lives.

Next Wednesday make sure you take some time to stop and take note of how you are feeling. Be proactive, if you are feeling stressed make sure you talk to a friend, partner, family member or your personal tutor.

However, if you don't feel comfortable talking about your stress levels, there are lots of useful links online advising techniques for stress management.
