Student ambassador positions available for 2015-2016: apply now

Would you like to be involved in supporting students and making a difference to their university experience? Would you like to earn extra money this year? Would you like to meet new people and gain valuable experience for your CV? If so, the International Support and Study Abroad teams and the Student Disability Services team are currently recruiting enthusiastic ambassadors to provide support over the 2015/16 academic year to various groups of students.

Student ambassador positions available  

There are openings for International and Study Abroad ambassadors to assist the International Support and Study Abroad teams, while the Student Disability Services team is recruiting Student Disability ambassador.

International and Study Abroad ambassadors

The International and Study Abroad ambassadors will assist with a range of events and activities including the International Student Orientation Programme, Open Days and Study Abroad Fairs, provide information to students and offer guidance and support through peer advising sessions and workshops.

There may also be opportunities to be involved in the development of international support through participation in focus groups and virtual cultural exchanges.

If you studied abroad in 2014/15 or are a current international student and are willing to share your experiences with other students, this could be the role for you! Take a look at the website for further details and how to apply.

Student Disability ambassadors

Student Disability ambassadors will be allocated students to welcome and show around the campus, signpost to resources for further assistance and be a beacon of support throughout the academic year.

There may also be opportunities to assist with events and get involved with other aspects of Student Disability Services.

The Student Disability ambassador roles are open to all students, with applications from students registered with UCL Student Disability Services and those with accessibility needs particularly welcomed.
