UCL Professional Services effectiveness survey

3 November 2016

More than 12,000 UCL staff will shortly be invited to participate in the second service effectiveness survey.

Quad The aim is to seek your confidential feedback about some key professional services at UCL and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is being conducted by an external consultancy, Cubane Consulting, on behalf of universities involved in the UniForum programme. They will compile our results and provide benchmarking against other universities in the programme.

Several areas of professional services are included in the survey: governance, human resources, information technology, facilities management, external engagement, student support, teaching administration, teaching design, development & delivery, research administration and research facilities. The results will help us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve our services across the University.

You will receive an invitation by email from the survey provider with the title: UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey on Monday 7 November with a link to access the survey online. The survey will run for three weeks and closes end of day Friday 25 November. All responses are confidential and no one at the University will have access to your individual feedback.

For any questions, please contact uniforum@ucl.ac.uk.

Thank you in advance for helping us improve the university's professional services.

Rex Knight, Vice-Provost (Operations) and Professor Anthony Smith, Vice-Provost (Education & Student Affairs)
