The Fiona Mclean Quiet Room at UCL

A quiet room, dedicated to the memory of Fiona McLean who was at the forefront of equalities and diversity issues during her time at UCL, has been opened for all UCL staff. It is located on the ground floor near main reception at 1-19 Torrington Place.

Its primary purpose is for staff who :

a) are pregnant and need to rest 

b) require privacy to breastfeed

c) wish to pray or meditate

d) need to self-medicate

e) feel unwell

Any UCL staff member wishing to use this room will need to report to ground floor reception staff and sign in.
