UCL environmental sustainability strategy: have your say

21 November 2012

Over the past six months, the UCL Environmental Sustainability team has been reviewing UCL's impacts and opportunities for improving UCLs environmental sustainability performance.

The review has indicated that there should be five core aims to UCL's environmental sustainability strategy:
  • To create a sustainable campus
  • To enable and empower all UCL communities to address their environmental sustainability effects
  • To provide the education, advancement, dissemination and application of sustainable development
  • To maximise the wider impact of UCLs environmental sustainability activities at a local, regional, national and international level
  • To become a leader across the HE sector in terms of environmental sustainability.

A draft strategy is available on the Green UCL website for consultation until 10 December.

We hope that you will take time to review the document and to provide us with your comments.
