Green Week UCL

8 October 2013

Green Week UCL is taking place on the 15-17 October 2013.

Green UCL week  This year, we're exploring different ways that staff and students can make a positive environmental impact during their time at UCL.

There will be a variety of different events, from the launch of UCL's new NETpositive programme, to a day of cycling activities, and an introduction on taking action to save energy in student halls.

As part of this programme of events, Green UCL will be running drop-in sessions to allow you to find out more about the Green Impact programme. Green Impact is an environmental accreditation and award scheme that's all about engaging staff and students to make a positive environmental impact in their department.

If you're interested in running the Green Impact programme in your department but want to find out more, please come to an informal drop-in session on Thursday 17th October, 12-2pm, 24 Gordon Square, Room 105. Sessions are 30 minutes in length, from: 12.00-12.30pm, 1.00-1.30pm and 1.30-2.00pm. A light lunch will be provided, but please RSVP to alex.green@ucl.ac.uk so that we can gauge numbers.

Please check the Green UCL website for more information about these events and the Green Impact programme.
