Developing accredited internal UCL coaches: closing date for applications 19 June

14 June 2013

At UCL we offer internal coaching as integral part of our development provision for staff.

We currently have a number of trained UCL staff from across the institution that form a group of internal coaches, who help colleagues think through their options in relation to a range of situations they may be encountering in the workplace.

The Developing Accredited Internal Coaches Programme aims to increase our number of internal coaches through offering 12 UCL staff an opportunity to receive a comprehensive programme of development. The Programme will help you to:

  • further develop your skills to be able to build rapport, be a great listener and to coach people with a range of working styles.
  • further develop your ability to demonstrate credible and effective networking and to coach within your current role.
  • explore the role of coaching in support of UCL's values

Participants:

Applications are welcome from employees from all staff groups.
