UCL Teaching and Learning Conference

Be inspired by the latest advances in education by attending UCL's annual celebration of teaching.

Registration is now open for the UCL Teaching and Learning Conference 2014: Inspiring Students with Research-based Education.

On 3 April, more than 60 presentations will be given at conference venues on the Bloomsbury campus. You'll have the opportunity to hear from a wide range of UCL academics, focusing on topics such as:

  • involving students in research
  • using technology in teaching and learning
  • helping students develop as professionals
  • improving assessment and feedback practices.

Highlights include UCL President and Provost Michael Arthur talking about his vision for research-based learning at UCL and our keynote speaker Etienne Wenger-Trayner discussing research-based education from the perspective of social learning theory.
