Santander opens branch on UCL campus

Santander has opened a permanent branch for staff and students at UCL.
The branch is located next to the UCL shop in the basement
of the Wilkins Building. Staff and students will be able to open bank accounts, pay in
cheques and withdraw cash from an ATM.
This is the latest in a series of partnership initiatives between UCL and Santander. These have included funding the 1-UCL Excellence Awards, sending four students to the Rio Film School in Brazil and offering 12 scholarships for Masters students from Iberia and Latin America.
To celebrate and promote the opening of a branch on campus, Santander will be giving out free bacon sandwiches in the Quad on 25 and 26 October.
