UCL Library open forum - Wednesday 12 June at 13.30pm

UCL Library Services are holding an open forum on Wednesday 12 June from 1.

30pm-3pm in the Archaeology G6 Lecture Theatre. All UCL staff and students are invited to attend.The forum will involve a series of presentations by Library Services colleagues on strategic challenges and developments affecting the UCL Library and the delivery of services to its staff and student stakeholders. There will be a brief opportunity to ask questions after each presentation.

The schedule for the afternoon will be as follows:

  • 1.30pm Welcome and introduction by Professor David Price, Vice-Provost (Research) and Chair of UCL Library Committee
  • 1.35pm Learning hubs supported by UCL Library Services (Ben Meunier)
  • 2pm Open access: future developments in UCL (Dr Paul Ayris)
  • 2.30pm Embedding special collections into taught-course programs in UCL (Dr Tabitha Tuckett)
  • 3pm close

The Library Services open forum is being held as part of UCL Library Committee's agreement to facilitating greater transparency and communication regarding Library matters within UCL.
