Is joy good for us?

“Joy is frequently described as being with other people. The kind of joy where people describe as being ‘moved,’ it can be associated with tearfulness,” said Professor Sophie Scott (UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience) on the complexity of experiencing joy.
