Frosty Fractals

“Ice is super complex. First of all, we have counted 21 different phases of ice. Even if we focus on just what we call ‘Ice 1’, this can appear in many different forms,” said Professor Christoph Salzmann (UCL Chemistry) on the complexity of ice.
