'Silent killer' habit at night may increase your risk of three chronic diseases

“While we cannot confirm that not sleeping enough actually increases the risk of dementia, there are plenty of reasons why a good night's sleep might be good for brain health,” said Dr Severine Sabia (UCL Psychiatry) on the connection between lack of sleep and dementia.
