The first 3D images of a whole human thymus have been created using a specialised X-ray technique by Professor Paula Bonfanti (UCL Division of Infection and Immunity), Professor Sandro Olivo (UCL Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering) and the Francis Crick Institute.
