More earthquake survivors rescued in Turkey but survival window closing

Professor David Alexander (UCL Institute for Risk & Disaster Reduction) explained how there are few spaces large enough for people to survive in due the way the buildings collapsed and said the window for pulling people alive from the rubble is “almost at an end”.
