App identifying jaundice from babies' eyes could save lives

A smartphone app, developed by Dr Terence Leung (UCL Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering) that can identify severe jaundice in newborn babies by scanning their eyes, could save lives in areas that lack access to expensive screening devices.
