UCL researcher predicts spacecraft’s brush with comet

The Sun-observing spacecraft Solar Orbiter flew through the tail of Comet Leonard, generating a wealth of science data – helped by an early prediction of the event by UCL PhD researcher Samuel Grant (UCL Mullard Space Science Laboratory).
