Covid Plan B is necessary to prevent deaths

The government’s Plan B for Covid, which includes working from home guidance, compulsory mask wearing and vaccine passports is needed in case things “spiral out of control,” says Professor Andrew Hayward (UCL Epidemiology & Health).
