Putin’s offer to ease gas prices shows EU’s ‘unhealthy’ dependency could affect UK

Jan Germen Janmaat (UCL Institute of Education) says in a piece about Europe’s energy supplies that “..it’s not a healthy situation that EU is so dependent on Russian gas” but also that Russia is heavily dependent on the EU to generate revenue for its economy.
