Health inequalities are widening after Covid hammered the UK’s poorest, report warns

A report from Professor Sir Michael Marmot (UCL Institute for Health Equity) says that health inequalities are widening after the pandemic hit the UK’s poorest communities the hardest, adding that the Government should learn from how local authorities are tackling the issue.
