What’s the science behind the local lockdowns?

Senior Research Fellow Oksana Pyzik (UCL School of Pharmacy) explains that local lockdowns are a way to avoid a national lockdown, due to the test, track and trace programme still performing poorly and predicts that more areas in northern England may face lockdown measures.
