Novichok chemical agent used to ‘gain advantage’ against Western countries

Dr Andrea Sella (UCL Chemistry) explains how the chemical agent Novichok used in Alexiei Navalny’s poisoning was “kept very quiet by the Russians and developed to try and gain advantage against the more conventional things they knew Western governments had.”
