Faulty contact-tracing app would undermine public trust

Professor Sir Jonathon Montgomery (UCL Laws), speaking in his role as head of NHSX’s ethics committee, has warned that the UK’s Covid-19 tracing app could lose public trust if it did not work properly, especially if it showed false positives or negatives.
