Science and innovation should inform our economic policy

Commenting on how we think about science and its higher purpose, Professor Mariana Mazzucato (UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose), says we need to bring scientific and innovation processes into our economic thinking, particularly in areas which are underfunded.
