Almost half of English schools have no BAME teachers

Almost half of English schools have no BAME teachers and even in diverse schools, senior leadership teams are almost always white, finds research led by Dr Antonina Teresh, Professor Martin Mills and Dr Alice Bradbury (all UCL Institute of Education).
