Dutch court rules on Srebrenica massacre

Following the Dutch state ruling on the Srebrenica massacre, Dr Jeffrey Howard (UCL Political Science) argues that the Dutch state were fully responsible for violating their moral duty to try and save the 350 Muslim men were killed.
