Risk-taking may be caused by brain fluctuations

Changes in the part of the brain responsible for releasing dopamine may influence whether we make or avoid risky decisions, finds new research led by Dr Tobias Hauser, Dr Robb Rutledge and Benjamin Chew (UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology).
