Phillipe Sands (UCL Laws) comments on Teresa May's statement which suggests there may have been an 'unlawful use of force'. Sand then refers to article two, paragraph four of the UN Charter saying all member States of
the UN should refrain from the threat or use
of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of the
state in their international relations.
