UCL’s eMarket Place is an online procurement system that helps staff at UCL find, order and pay for goods and service from approved suppliers. It streamlines the buying process, ensuring compliance with the University’s policies and best practices from order creation to invoicing.

How it’s used:

  • Searching and selecting products from a wide range of approved suppliers
  • Comparing prices to make sure you’re getting the best deal!
  • Creating and submitting requisitions for an efficient and transparent approval process
  • Managing invoices to help reduce errors and speed up payments.

If you’re a new user of eMarket Place, or need a refresher on the end-to-end procurement process, join our upcoming eMarket Place Training session designed to help you confidently navigate the platform while ensuring compliance with UCL’s procurement policies.
