Lunch and Learn: UCL Accommodation Application Process (2025-2026)

The Campus Experience and Infrastructure team are inviting all staff to a Lunch & Learn on the UCL Accommodation application process.

This session is for all staff to understand the UCL Accommodation application process in the academic year 2025-2026.

We particularly recommend this session to staff who will engage with students during the offer-holders period, as a refresher of the Accommodation eligibility criteria.

This 30-40 minute session will give an overview of:

  • Eligibility criteria for a place in UCL Halls (UG and PG)
  • How the application process works
  • Alternative accommodation options
  • FAQs
  • Who students can contact for more complex questions
  • Live Q&A
