The UCL Knowledge: Introducing the Courier Service

UCL's Courier Service is available to UCL staff. The service covers all types of shipment, and aims to provide a simple, cost-effective, transparent booking experience. Read on to learn about the service and how to use it.

UCL’s courier service is available to staff to transport packages for UCL business. Whether you need to send your items nationally, internationally, same day, overnight, or temperature-controlled for biological materials, we offer a knowledgeable flexible service.

Operating from the Logistics Hub at the IOE (Institute of Education), using a panel of verified couriers, we guarantee a service tailored to your requirements. Our team will personally collect your item and return it to the Hub for collection and onward shipment where direct collection is not an option.
